Norfolk is a county in East Anglia in England. It borders Lincolnshire to the northwest, Cambridgeshire to the west and southwest, and Suffolk to the south. Its northern and eastern boundaries are the North Sea and to the northwest, The Wash. The county town is the city of Norwich.

House prices in Norfolk are rising at their fastest rate in almost two decades.
Prices have soared across the UK in the last two years as a result of the pandemic and stamp duty cuts leading to higher asking prices.
Nationally, the average house price increased by 13.2% over the year to June 2021, the biggest annual growth the UK has seen since November 2004.
In Norfolk, the average home cost £258,288 in June this year which is 13.4% higher than in the previous June when the average price was £227,819, according to new figures from the Office for National Statistics.
Average UK house prices are now at a record high of £266,000, up £31,000 since this time last year.
The statistics show that in the past year, homes in Norfolk have had an extra £30,469 added to their price.
